My little boy started leaking clear fluid from his anus today, he was straching his bottom and i asked him what was wrong and had a look at his anus (which appears to be fine) but a clear fluid came out of his anus this happen 3 times in the short period i observed him.... what could it be and should i be worried, he is 4 and has been complaining of stomach ache and achy legs a lot recently i don't know if this is important but thought i'd mention it Thanks worried mummy
