hello,
the symptoms you have mentioned are not much of an std and even you have completed the tests to rule out it.The thing is that this may be due to pelvic inflammatory disease also.I will give you some risk factors for pid you check out once if you have any of these in common for you.
-Intraunterine device
-frequent douching
-sexually transmitted disease such as chlamydia and gonorrhea
Although std is a major cause of pid but even child birth misscarriage and abortion also helps the oraganisms to pass through reproductive organs and may cause the inflammation resulting in PID.
Symptoms include lower abdominal pain, vaginal discharge, vaginal bleeding with severe infection, irregular menstrual bleeding, fever, fatigue, burning micturition.
bleeding between menstrual cycles can be because of sti so please cosult your doctor once again for the investigations and then for a scan.
Thank you.

General & Family Physician Dr. Veera Raghava Rao Buddha.'s  Response
Hi, it appears to be a urinary tract infection, probably secondary to the diarrhea, possible infection may be the E.coli, or it may be some thing else.
I advise you to consult a gynacologist for diagnosis and treatment,
To prevent the pelvic inflamatory disease. Thank you.
