The prolonged duration of your sinusitis obviously points towards a lingering foci of infection in your naso pharynx. You should consult a good ENT specialist who will most probably order a throat swab culture and antibiotic sensitivity tests followed by appropriate antibiotic therapy and surgical cleaning of your infected sinuses. For the time being you may try gargling with warm saline 3-4 times daily and may use decongestant nasal drops. Avoid self medication with antibiotics.
