Chronic Pain In Lower Back After Hardware Was Removed Which Was Put During The Anterior/posterior Fusion?

Hi There..I have had an anterior/posterior spinal fusion..l-4, l-5, S1 in May of 2011. I have had some relief but in September of this year I had the hardware taken out of the right side due to the nerves being really irritated. It felt better for about a month or two but recently my whole lower back is back to being in chronic pain and I am at my wits end as to what my options are.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that there might be some difference in allignment or some thing else.
I advise you to consult your doctor for diagnosis and treatment. You may need physiotherapy for relief.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ,neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, ofloxacin, diclophenac sodium, and paracetamol.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till the pain is relieved.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts,and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
