HI I have gone through your mail and as you said that you are having itching in your left ear with a crack and you used to dig your ear, you have taken medication so many times, and by treatment you got only temporary relief. Your this story indicate that you are having most probably allergic otitis externa.Because of chronic inflammation external ear canal become tough and painful, since anterior wall and floor of external ear canal is made by jaw joint therefore movement of jaw are painful. You are advice to consult dermatologist for treatment of allergic otitis externa.Thanks.
