Chronic headaches, nausea, muscle pain, fatigue. Blood test, MRI done. Treatment?

I have had headaches for many years. I will be cleaning, which means I am bending up and down. I have all over headaches that some times make me a bit nauseous. I have had eyes checked, blood checked and MRI almost two years ago. I have muscle aches in the morning, and if I rest, when I get up. I am also quite fatigued.
