do your stools routine test and sos colonoscopy.
it may just be an infectious diarrhoea.
donot eat anything uncooked outside the house.
try to get some sleep in the afternoon to make-up for your quota of sleep.
the lump in groin may be a lymph node and may go away after a few antibiotic course prescribed by your colorectal surgeon or a general surgeon. You should get examined by these specialits first rather than jumping on trial and error method of self medication which can be very harmful.
take care
wish you good health
