Dear Concerned.,
Thanks for writing to us.
The acne is caused by propenebaterium acnes and is sensitive to Tetracycline Group of Antibiotics.
You may start with Cap Doxycycline 100 mg PO daily for 07 days along with Lactobacillus suppliments. In addition pealing agents such as isotretinoin cream at night times for pealing of the already scarred and darkened areas on face.
In addition sunscreening cream during day time before going out.Melalite(PABA) cream 30 mins before exposing to sun is hepful.
Vitamin C supplimentation upto 100 mg PO daily will help in healing process and also helps in reducing Melanosis.
Laser dermabration by a dermatologist gives a complete cure if the above measures do not help you.
Avoid fatty and oily food// Avoid unnecessary exposure to Sun//Sunscreeners are a must as you already have Melanosis.
wishing you a speedy recovery.
Best Regards.,
