Oncologist, Radiation 's  Response
Hi,
Sorry to listen your mother's condition. CLL is generally slowly progressive in nature, many a time treatment is delayed. Unfortunately your mom also have metastatic non-small carcinoma lung. Neuroendocrine variety is a type of lung cancer often has got similar features like small cell lung cancer. It is difficult to comment on life expectancy. Chemotherapy is the sole modality of treatment at this stage. You should better consult an oncologist.
