Ayurveda Specialist 's  Response
According to your life style and food style,IBS may be converted in to a chronic disease. People with IBS
,more common than others, have gastroesophageal reflux associated with frequent dirrhea or constipation. The important symptoms of IBS are , abdominal pain , flatulance , uncontrolled burping ,
neusia , anxity and depression.
My advice is
Avoid milk and milk products .
Avoid over eating and improper cooked foods.
Regular exercise such as swimming , walking ,or running may reduce the severiety of symptoms.
Yoga and meditation will help to reduce depression and anxity.
Drink Butter milk add with Asafoetida powder twice daily.
Mint oil gel capsules or Garlic oil gel capsules is more benificial for IBS patients.
Mix lemen juice , ginger juice , coriander leaf juice honey with warm water ,drink daily after meals .

IBS is totally curable with ayurvedic medicines. It calls for a long term precaution to avoid stale fried and things made from maida. Regularity in diet and proper diet with stress free life aids quick recovery. use of lassi made from curd also called as takra with roasted cumin seeds on it help a lot. Tab. amoebica offers good relief.

Hello, Sathyam,
Welcome to health care magic forum,
Unizyme is synergistic combination of proteolytic enzymes. It will help you to reduce your problem temporary. not 100% and not for permanent.
IBS is chronic problem, So Providac, Pantoprazole and other PPIs will help to reduce your problem temporary. I advise to take homeopathy which can cure IBS permanently and without any side effect.
