Im 14 and when I went to the doctor for my physical they told me my cholesterol level was 104. Is that too low? Should I try to raise my cholesterol level? If so, how?

Well i should congratulate u :) Many ppl suffer the other way, i.e. with high cholesterol. There shouldnt be any problem with it. But mind u cholesterol is needed as 'raw material' in our body to make hormones. Some said ppl with low cholesterol might have mental disturbance & some other health issues. Well that might be true since our body needs cholesterol to function, e.g. to make hormones. But anyway, as long as U have a balance diet and exercise regularly, You should live long my little fren. Cheers.
