Chills, Headache, Body Pain, Throat Soreness. Taking Tylenol. Causes And Treatment?

hi, i am a 27 yr female...since last saturday i have had the chills, really bad headaches and body aches and my throat kinda burns.....it gets better w tylenol and when the fever breaks the aches dull down...i have no cough or cold like symptoms. plus its better in the day n returns worse at night. i am concerned bc it has been going on for 7 days.

You have developed the viral infection but also we have to in the bacterial
So you have to apply
Gargles with salt,water mixed twice daily
Tablet levofloxacin 500mg once dail
Tablet peracetamol 2 three times daily
All for 1week
