Child's Hands Smell Bad, Has Fatigue, Nausea. Normal Blood Test. Other Tests?

Hi
I have a daughter about 9 yr. her hands smell like puke or diarrhea sometimes.. since she has fatigue sometimes I don't think it's diabetes.. and she feels nauseous sometimes.. I'm kind of worried. I got a blood test of lots of stuff and it was normal.. please tell me if there is another test she should do...
the last time she had a blood test , she puked and her bp dropped ..it was scary.. I\m afraid to do it again..

Please verify how she maintains her personal hygiene, sometimes simple measures may give good results, particularly after going to toilet, whether she washes her hands thoroughly with soap and also antiseptic lotion like dettol.Simple tests like urine sugar-fasing and post-prandial may indicate to go for blood tests,if these turn out to be positive, otherwise,no need of going for blood tests.
