Child's fever has reduced with gatorade, medicines. Should we take her to ER?

My daughter is 3 1/2 , she woke up and vomited , checked her temp in ear with thermo scan first reading 104.5 was the highest. Been giving her Gatorade water drink and using a damp cloth on her body , and gave her children s liquid Tylenol . Now an hour later her temp is down to 103.2 , should I be taking her to the ER?

Thanks for your query.
your daughter is having high grade fever,i suggest you to do tepid sponging, give paracetamol every 4 to 6 hourly, give her plenty of fluids,
i advise you to take her to pediatrician as with high grade fever theri is risk of febrile convulsions.
Your baby will be fine.
God bless.
