Childbirth, Severe Knee Pain, Weight Gain, Pain On Sitting Down. Muscle Pain?

I have sore knees after having twins last year both knees joints causing pain currently being tested for athritis including rumetoid (can t spell that) athritis so far results are clear for athritis specialist thinks it s more mechanical hurts to sit down, get up especially kneeling it really hurts i put on about 30kg with pregnancy with twins and still have 20kg to lose that i am thinking could be the cause

it is the mechanical stress on your knees.it would be best if you can see a physical therapist so that he can teach some knee strenghtening exercises.
