Child With White Spots On Legs, Body And Face, Keeps On Resurfacing, Has Good Diet. Cause?

Hi Doctor, my son who will be four years this month has white spots on his legs body and face. This is there for a long time. Some came and vanished but more erupt. I have tried mineral oil, deworming and now using Tacrolimus ointment. Why is this not curing? He s a vegetarian and take a reasonably healthy food. YYYY@YYYY

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum,
Seems like a simple fungal lesion, but tough to say without seeing it. Better you show him to pediatrician or a dermatologist, it can be sorted. If it is something called as tinea, it needs to be treated completely for atleast 2 weeks for it to disappear.
Hope your child gets well soon.
