Child With White Patches On Tongue, Increasing Red Spots, Lack Of Appetite, Mood Swings, No Fever, Diagnosed With Worms. Suggestion?

Sir, My son is 3 years old. He has got white patches on tongue which does not go with a tongue cleaner . The red areas are increasing everyday. there are no taste buds on the red areas. he is not eating anything. His mood is swinging frequently. There is no fever. Seems to be lethargic. Homeopathy doctor said , he has got worms . Can you suggest something.

You can de-worm him by giving Albendazole syrup 10ml stat at night before going to sleep. Add a multi-vitamin syrup as well for 1 month, that should take care of all deficiencies.
