Child With Vomitting And Taking Only Glucose. Suggestions
my 5 years old boy wt 10 kg appearance weak is vomitting last three days specially at morning and eating nothing after first i went to doctor got a bottle of glucose having some improvement but next day the vomiteing reoccur
&now he is admit & on glucose now doctor says starting of jaundice after blood test
pls suggest me

i can feel your concerns
this seems to be acute heapatitis
get his liver function test and serum electrolyte done
give him glucose orally too
use boiled and then cold drinking water
adhere to good hygenic practices ,as hand washimg
he will be alright in couple of days
