Child With Swollen Eyes And Rashes On Limbs After Taking Fever Medicines. Is This An Allergic Reaction?

My 4 year old developed a fever about 36 hrs ago and now has really itchy feet and a couple of scattered red spots over arms legs and a swollen red eye lid. She also has signs and symptoms of a flu (stuffy nose, cough) could it be an allergic reaction to either tylenol or advil?
