Child With Swollen Eye And Lip. Pimple On Eye, Lip, And Forhead. Cause?

Hi I have a question about my 4 yr old. For the past two mornings he's been waking up in the morning with a swollen left eye and upper lip. Eventually by the end of the day it's all back to normal, today he woke up with the same thing includind his right eye (not as much as his left eye), just this time I noticed that he has little pimple like spots around his eye, and upper lip as well as on his forehead.
My question is what could be causing this, he doesn't suffer from allergies and I do have the window open at night.

thank you

hi ! this has to be contact dermatitis . even though he doesn't suffer from any allergies according to you but this looks like an allergic reaction to either an insect or due to contact with a new cloth.in case it persists you can get a phadiatop infant test done to rule out whether your child is allergic to something which you don't know . if the pimple like spots increase or your child develops fever this may be due to secondary skin infection & oral antibiotics may be needed. take care
