Child With Often Cold, Blood Report Shows Allergic Factor, Giving Romilast. Does This Change Skin Complexion?

My daughter 3 years old often have cold and doctor tested her blood and said some allergic factors are there and advised to take romilast for 6 months and now her cold gets arrested, but is it advisable to take romilast for long period , will it change her skin complexion since her fair skin getting darker after started taking this ,we feel so.kindly advise

romilast will not change skin complexion, she may be becoming anemic, get her hemoglobin checked.
