Child With Low Grade Fever, Reddish Cheeks. Sinus Infection?

My 2 year old has a low grade fever of 99 and one really red cheek that feels hot. It's not a sunburn. His teeth are all in. No other symptoms. Eating & playing fine. Not fussing at all. He's been rubbing his nose, irritated, for a few weeks...could it be a sinus infection? Could his molars feel all the way in, but still givibg him trouble?

Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

Fever, irritability, redness of gum pads are usuallysymptoms of teething you dont worry about this as they subside after sometimes.
I would suggest you to take you child to Child Specialist and get the checkup done.
Take paracetomol syrup for fever.
Maintain a good oral and general health of your child.
Give him antispetic mouthwash rinses and lukewarm saline gargles.

Take care!
