Child With Knock-knees. Can U Get Legs Into Correct Shape?
hi doc, i am a mother of a 2 y old boy, my toddler is of quite good health he d never any troubles of concern except recently i i have been noticing that his legs are becoming knock knees ,, is there any thing that i can do to correct thier shape?? am afraid if he grow like this he will be big family joke,, we really have big mouths around here,,, with regards reem

this seem to be due to ricket .
get serum calcium, phosphate, alkaline phosphatase , 25 OH vitamin D 3 level .
and x -ray of wrist and knee to see for ricket . if found give
vitamin D 6 lac unit IM on day 1 and 1 month back
