Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. Dont worry about her sayings, all pains are ther due to fever but as she is very small can't express at a time and spelling one by one. what ever the fever is the patient will have all these symptoms at this temperature. It could be viral fever, typhoid , eosinophelia etc. you may have to undergo TC, DC, ESR, Hb, AEC, WIDAL, QBC, PLATE LET COUNT etc. for confermation of the fever.
I advise you to make sponging of the body till the temperature is controlled temperorily. give her diluted milk and easily digestible foods.
Wishing for a quick recovery and thanks for calling.
