She needs proper hygiene care and antibiotic course as you are saying her forehead got swollen so it indicates that infection is spreading. The treatment pf such infection in this age group is 1) Maintenance of hygiene by means of proper hand wash and avoid touching the infected part 2) Heat fomentation 2) Syp.
