Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi Hirdesh
It is looking like your child is having upper respiratory tract infection and the medication prescribed by your Doctor is sufficient. It will take time atleast 48 to 72 hours for the symptoms to decrease. If you fine any increased respirations, abnormal breating sounds then consult your doctor immediately. And if there is any underlying broncho spasm on examination nebulization with bronchodilators is usefull so consult your doctor.
