Hi, thanks for using health care magic

I am sorry that your son is unwell.
Some of the most common causes for the vomiting that he is experiencing are:(1) intusseception which is a condition where a part of the intestine goes into another part. It normally presents with vomiting, abdominal pain, bleeding and mucus in the stool, feeling of a mass in the abdomen.Treatment can be surgical or non surgical depending on the type.(2) gastroenteritis- gastroenteritis is usually viral in children, fluid management is very important to prevent dehydration
(3) gastroesophageal reflux- children my have gastroesophageal reflux which may present with vomiting after each meal

Because of his age and the risk of dehydration, it would be best, if possible to take him to a doctor for evaluation

I hope this helps and that he feels better soon
