Child suspected of acute UTI, complete urine test shows few pus and epithelial cells. Guidance?

My daughter is 1.5 year old and she is suspected of Acute UTI . Her CUE (Complete Urine Examination) showed 2-4/HPF Pus cell and 1-2/HPF Epithelial cells. Her CSE (Complete Stool Examination) showed 1-2/HPF Puss cells & 1-2/HPF Epithelial cells. Is the range value of both Puss and Epithelial cells normal in both Urine and Stool? Rest all are Nil in both the reports.

The reports of complete urine examination and complete stool examination are within normal range but these reports should be correlated with your child clinical symptoms. So consult your Pediatrician to show these reports and for the examination of your child to give proper medication advise.
