Child Suffering From Diarrhoea. Stool Test Done. Any Suggestion?

Sir I Have a 1 yr old baby,she was suffering from diarrhea since 15 days,yesterday she did her stool a bit hard but with a lot of pain and her stool did not seem to be normal so i did a stool examination of my child whose result is typed below PHYSICAL EXAMINATION Colour yellowish consistency Solid Blood Absent Mucus Absent Pus Absent parasites Absent CHEMICAL EXAMINATION Occult blood Negetive Reducing sugar Absent reaction Acidic MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION Pus Cells Occational RBCs Absent Epithilial Cells occational Macrophages Absent ovus not seen cyst not seen Parasites. Absent fat Globulus +++++ Vegetative Matter Absent Others Absent Sir Please explain me the result in detail Thank You

Stool exam report is normal. No treatment is requeiered the child is having feeding problem. The child should start normal food. What ever is your food the child should take the same food.his water intake should increase
