Child prone to common cold, vomits after feeding. Reasons?

My Baby turns out to 8 months in 4 days..Her Birth weight is 3.1 Kg and now she is 8 kgs/ We are feeding her with Cerelac stage one wheat apple and little amount of banana and breast feeding around 3-4 times a day. Is this food enough for her at this stage? Moreover, She is prone to common cold regularly with a gap of few days. I am worried about this. What might be the reason behind this? Also, She shows Vomting expression whenever we feed and and whatever we feed and vomits heavily sometimes.. Also, when ever we try to start a new food, she vomits as soon as we feed her with very little amount. How to deal with this? For eg. we tried with Carrot juice/Dal mixed with salt&ghee etc.. Can you please give your suggestions on my above queries?

this is a period in which body immune system is not fully developed , so most of child suffering from viral infection and they are self limiting , as far cod / mild fever , no need to worry, it will subside with supportive medicine. try to increase immune system with proper hygiene, proper diet, and proper supplement.

infant not easily accept new food and they express vomiting , if you are introducing new food try for several day, try semisolid food like custard jelly, Rawa kheer, biscuits in milk etc
