Child passing frequent watery stools. On powdered milk. Change milk powder?

hi my son is 15 months old and he started having very watery stool for like 3-4 times a day. He is getting NIdo powdered milk and I am thinking maybe it does not suit his system. He has no fever no cough and not irritable. Do I have to change his milk. BTW, we also let him drink water in between milk feedings and eating. please let me know what he could possibly have.

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.
Your child seems having acute diarrhea due to a virus.
No need to change the milk for one episode of loose motions.
I advise you to monitor and maintain the hydration of the child.
Maintain hydration by giving sips of oral rehydration solutions like Pedialyte and cocnut water.
Hydration of the child is monitored by urine output, activity, and skin turgor.
Probiotic is added after consulting your doctor.
Hope I have answered your query.
