I think you have already exceeded the amount of home therapy that can be done ... you need to visit the ear surgeon as soon as possible. It seems that there is either a fungal infection, or some other problem. Please do NOT use any sharp instrument inside the ear ... the problem is increasing because of delay in accessing the doctor.

have a proper clinicall examination of ear

white film can be pus

he will need a course of antibiotic after consulting your doctor

give ibuprufen for pain or fever

keep ear dry

take care of ear especially when taking bath

put some earplugs before bath

keep him hydrated by giving lot of fluids

does he has sorethroat?

The ear pain may be due to ear infection.

Don't put any thing into his ear as it may enter into middle ear if there is any hole in the tympanic membrane and lead to secondary infection.

Don't put any tip of objects as it may injure the ear structures.

Hearing impairment may be due to presence of wax in external ear canal, or fluid in the middle ear.

His ears should be examined by an expert with using otoscope to know the presence of wax or effusion in the ear.

So I advise you to consult the doctor for further management.

Hi,
It seems that child might be having acute infection in ear.
Consult your doctor and go for one oral antibiotic medicine course.
Put antibiotic ear drops.
Due to swellmng and induration there might be some hearing loss and pain.
After infection controlled, this problem will not be there.
