Child Is Clinging, Has Stomach Pain, Constant Shaking. No Fever

Iv got a three year old he is very unsettled and crying he is very clingy he keeps complaining of a pain in the middle of his stomach and saying he is going to be sick he doesn t seem to have a fever but he s shaking constantly. He hasn t been sick and has been like this for the past couple of hours. Should I take him to a&e ?

hi there, this does not look like temper tantrum as as he is feeling nausious as well I would suggest that you take him to the ER immediately as it could be anything simple or it could be something serious like an acute appendicitis which is an emergency and needs to be addressed immediately. Don't give the child anything other than fluids till you take him to the ER,take care
