Child having stomach pain, frequent motions, broken and soft stools, on asthma medicines. Cause?

my daughter has problems with her stomach, she complains of a little bit of pain and she has to go several times a day and her stools are broken and soft, they are brown but it is not one big piece and sometimes even smaller pieces. She is taking medicine for her asthma singular and she doesn t eat the best of diets either. We are trying to give her probiotics and she is trying to eat a bit better but she does eat a lot of carbohydrates mainly.

Semi formed copious stools are a feature of a mild gut infection or hyperthyroidism.
Your daughter seems to be having a gut infection.
Make sure that she takes enough fluid intake to maintain hydration.
Feed her rice, sugar and curd mixed diet atleast twice a day. It would restore the gut flora, will provide nutrition and hydration to hasten the recovery.

Hi..Scalacarmen..., The above condition are suggestive gastritis, first give her the meals at appropriate time regularly, avoid much of oily foods, butter, spicy etc.. give much of protein foods like meat, egg, fish, fruits and vegetables and also carbohydrate foods...... not to give much of probiotics itself will diarrhea....
