Child Having Several Pea Size Lumps On Neck, Sore Arms And Legs, Pale Skin, Dark Circles Under Eyes. Cause And Cure?

my 6 year old daughter had the flu 3-4 weeks ago. i took her to dr today to get a pea sized lump checked on her neck (below her ear and towards the back of the neck). the dr said her neck is full of lumps and to come back in 2 weeks and if the lumps havent gone, she will do u/sound. my daughter has a cough, has been complaining of sore arms and legs and is very pale and has very dark circles under her eyes. should i seek another opinion?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
Lumps around ear and back of neck suggest a chronic infection of local skin or glands…
At times it can be pediculosis, otitis, tuberculosis.
In view of cough and paless… I would need a serious evaluation for malnutrition, growth failure and tuberculosis.

Including weight height xray and cbc report. Please follow up with same.
