Child Having Runny Nose, Green Loose Stools, Stomachache

hi doctor, my 2 and half year old baby having loose motions and passing green color or say black color stool . She is also having stomachache due to this. she also has a bit cold with running nose .

Hi,
It looks like a viral diarrhoea with cold.
Give her adequate feeds with ORS in small, frequent feeds as much as the baby can take.
Probiotics like sporolac or Econorm should be given with Zinc supplementation.
If baby is drowsy, not taking feeds or has recurrent bouts of vomiting, immediate hospitalization is important.
Give liquid, semi-solid foods.
Nasoclear drops can be given for cold.
