Child Having Runny Nose, Cough, Fever At Night. On Medicines, No Relief, Nose Bleeding. Suggestions?

my 3 year old daugther is having runny nose , cough and fever at night, we went to the doctor 3 days back and she said it was viral infection and gave medicine for fever cough and cold but she still has fever every night and her nose just starting bleeding (a bit brownish) this morning. She s got no rashes of any sort, what could be the reason why she s only having fever at night and why it is not going away?

HELLO,
It seems as viral infection only...some times viral infection lasting for more than 5 days also.
Continue medicine , what your doctor proscribe,
Watch for fever >102 f , consult again.
Nasal bleeding is due to nasal mucous rupture.. and it is normal.

"i wish your baby good health"
