Child Having Red Spots All Over Body With No Fever. Is It Chicken Pox Symptom?

My 7 year old daughter has red spots all over her belly, chest, and back and now on her arms. She has had them for about 5 days now, and they haven't really gotten worse but they also haven't really gone away. We thought it might be a rash from a hot tub that she was in, but I'm now wondering if maybe it's chickenpox as our neighbours had chicken pox about a month ago. She has not had any fever and not been feeling ill at all.

Difficult to diagnose sight unseen. This is most likely a rash caused by a virus, which would imply that it is harmless. The rash of Chicken Pox is commonly described as vesicular and is often itchy. The best way to know if this is what she has is by having a medical providor look at it.
