Child Having Lower Back Pain While Running Or Jumping. Had A Fall. Muscle Strain?

My daughter is 7 years old and was goofing with her friends and was sitting on her friends shoulders and fell straight back onto her back. She says she fell and her knees ended up by her ears. She is walking around fine but when she wants to run or jump she has pain in her lower back. I am suspecting a muscle strain. I put iced hot on her last night and she said it helped and she slept with a heating pad set on low. What do you think?

Hello there!
Well if there is no sweling or color change then i am sure it is a simple strain which will resolve spontaneously. But you should have visited ER to be out of the woods. Any how simple acetaminophen drops would suffice.
