Child Having Lower Abdominal Pain Before Bowel Movement, Fever And Discoloured Stool. What Could This Be?

7 year old with abdominal pain - cramps before passing stool. The stools are green and were firm, then loose and now firm and turning brown again. This was accompanied by a fever - very quick onset. The fever broke and today was just mild abdominal pain and discolored stools, but now the fever has returned. What could this be?

for better results try alternative treatment specially unani medicines. Sharbat Faulad 2 tsf bd, jawarish amla 3 gm twice daily for 2 months for get better result.
