Child Having Large Red Lesions Over The Abdomen, Back And Feet. What Are These?
hi, my nephew woke up about 3 this mornin cryin and i found large red lesions/whelps all over his abdominal area then this afternon he woke up at about 12 and the lesions had tranfered to his backside and his feet and back of his legs he is 20 months old so he cant really say what his symptoms are but it doesnt seem to bother him, what could it be?

or it can be petechiae and purpura due to low platelet count
