Culture may not always be positive. Continue treatment as advised. Give her plenty of fluids and semisolid foods. Avoid very spicy and hard food for some time. Let her take rest at home. If she gets severe abdominal pain take her immediately to a doctor. Typhoid fever is caused by bacteria transmitted b contaminated water or food. Avoid eating outside as far as possible. Every child may not suffer from hair fall. So do not worry much about it. Take her for follow up as advised.
