HI child 5years from libya with fever 10 day and skin rash7 day with microcytic hypochromic anemia normal wbc and low platlet and their is hepatosplenmegaly lymph nod enlarged LDH high BILrubin 4 un con 2 con 2 d dimer normal what possibal diagnosis and other investgation can be don ?

it is viral as in viral infections the platelets are decreases and spleen and lymph node increase
you need to have treatment for viral as viral take 3 week to go and medicines dont work they are given to control symptomps
use hyderotherapy plenty of fluids in any form 4 times per hour from minimum to maximum it will increse the platelets
rest is needed and symptom wise treatment medicines
