Child Having Colored Stools. Bump Removed From Thigh, Returned, Running Nose. Possible Reason?

My grandson has been having very like colored stool . Not yellow but not exactly white either. More like, say if I cut open a biscuit and buttered it...odd I know but it s what it almost looks like. He has also recently had a bump removed from his thigh...doctor called it gathered cells. A bump has returned, he s had a runny nose everyday and he has at least one to two of these bowel movements. Thank you SO MUCH!

This could be a manifestation of Henoch Scholein Purpura or any other vasculitic abnormality.
