Child Having Cold, Cough And Vomiting. On Taxim-o Antibiotic. Getting Fever. Prescribe Tusq-x And Augmentin

my 10 months old daugther is suffering from cold , cough and vomitings from 10 days.I went to children doctor they gave taxim-o antibiotic but it did not come down ans started fever also. then we went to antoher docter he asked us to stop all and prescribe BVCON plus daily 4 times, tusq-x and Augmentine. fever and cough little bit come down but still having problem with vomitings and not acceptingany food

welcome to hcm.
please mention if the baby is having any loose stools. if so, consistency, ?foul smelling, frothy?, amount?, is it associated with excessive crying of baby while passing stools.
for the vomiting symptoms, u can give her Syp.Granisetron calculating according to her bodyweight. i.e., 20mcg/kg (max: 1mg). two times daily.., syp. Rantac (5-10mg/kg body weight) to be taken three times daily before feeding the baby.
continue the course of the antibiotic. Avoid spicy, oily food, junk items.
Give the baby soft bland diet.
