Child Having Cluster Of Pimples In Upper Thigh. What Could It Be?

My 19 month old has developed a small cluster of pimple-like bumps in the very upper part of his thigh but in close to the pelvic region on both sides. I initially thought they were chiggers and treated him for that. it has not worked. It doesn t look like a diaper rash or a yeast infection . It doesn t seem to bother him either. Do you have any suggestions?

hi,
Your child could probably suffering from phrynoderma-cause vitaminA and essential fattyacid deficiency.Since it is asymptomatic no treatment is required atpresent. You can add them as dietary sipplements.
