Child Having Chicken Pox Mostly Around Vagina Which Is Red After Using Calamine Lotion. Will It Affect Baby?

My toddler is 3 years and got chicken pox 3days ago.lt was mostly around the vagina. I use calamine lotion to reduce the itching.but now inside the vagina is reddish and full of white staff from calamine lotion.please help if this will affect my baby
