Child Having Blotchy Patches On Arms, Spreading. Having Sensitive Skin. How To Remove Patch?

Hi my nearly three year old daughter had two blotchy patches on both her arms last night, we thought she could have just done it with a toy or playing around as she has sensitive skin so we left it to see how it ran its course until this morning, it is now on her upper left leg and cheek and spread out a bit on her arms but doesn t seem as red on arms now, she doesn t seem phased when just playing about but complains when we look,

Is there any Itching associated with this patches?
Does she have any breathing difficulty?
does she have any past history of skin allergy (you mentioned that she has a sensitive skin) or any other allergies?
