Child Having Behavioral Outbreaks. No Help With Counselling. Reason?

I have a 7 yr old in the 2nd grade he has been having some great deal of behavioral outbreaks in class, breaking things throwing things and will not do what is asked. I have had him in counseling since last year for a child abuse mistreating by his father when hit with a belt many times leaving marks on him since then his father was given parental visitation rights and my son refuses to go , but it is a court order from 2007 that shows he has visitation rights to see him. What can I do I have tried counseling, and talks with him about what happened in school and what is his reasons for them. His response is "He doesn't know" please help !

Hi, it appears that he has Aattention deficit hyperactive disease. (A.D.H.D) or some child psychosis. I advise you to consult a child psychiatrist for diagnosis and treatment. Such children if scolded, or punished may become violent. Try to see as lovely as possible. Give him all the foods he likes .
