Child Having Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Had Elbow Surgery For Chronic Dislocation, BMR Eye Surgery. Has Hypermobility, Migraines, Behavioural Problems. Mental Health Issue?
My son is 10 years old and has Ehlers Danlos Syndrome . He has had Elbow surgery for chronic dislocation and BMR eye surgery . His shoulder dislocates now too. He has hypermobility and moderate streychy skin. He has Migraines several times a week. We have had a CT scan with no significant findings. He is now having some behavior problems. Is there any mental health or behavior related issues that can be caused with Ehlers Danlos? We are taking him to a Therapist today.He is average weight and height.

In Ehlers Danlos Syndrome .mental health remains normal.There is no pathological lesion as such but chronic ailments do have psychological impact on one's behavior.
So i advise tou to take consultation for the same.
